Thirty days from delivery, unworn, in the original box with the numbered card. Email us and we will send a label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of arrival.

Engraved and custom-sized pieces are final sale — we cannot resell them.

Wrong size is not a return — it is a resize, and the first one is free within twelve months. Send it back and tell us the size you want.

Photograph it before doing anything else and email us within 48 hours. Replacements go out the same day we see the photo.
